Lot Lessees

ALL Lot Lessees should review the DEP File document below when considering any work around their camp or the pond.  This document outlines what work is covered under the blanket permit and what requires further permitting through the Templeton Conservation Commission.  Lot Leesees should file a permit with the Templeton Fish & Game Club first, then proceed upon their direction with further permitting if necessary.  Your attention to this matter will ensure our DEP File remains active.

Purchase and Sales of Camps/Lots (Updated 1/11/24)

Important information from the Town of Templeton - When the sale of property is negotiated between the owner and purchaser and approved by the membership, the Secretary of the Board will notify the Town of Templeton Board of Assessors.  The membership and lease agreement are the only financial transaction between the new member/leasee and The Templeton Fish and Game Club Inc. The financial transaction for the property on the leased lot is between the seller and the buyer.  Within 15 days of the sale, it is the new owner's responsibility to contact the Board of Assessors and submit a copy of the bill of sale. It is the sellers responsibility to ensure that the purchaser is aware of this requirement.

Lot Committee Meetings are held the Second Monday of every month
